  • Planned Servicing & Preventive Maintenance

    Many of our customers benefit from routine services of their BMS to ensure it is operating to its full potential. Typically over two-thirds of a building’s energy consumption will be managed via the BMS, it is therefore crucial to ensure the BMS remains fully optimised and working efficiently. A planned service program will be tailored to suit the size and nature of the system with the aim of ensuring effective control of the buildings services such as heating ventilation and air conditioning systems, whilst optimising the system to maximise any potential energy savings.

  • Emergency Call Outs & Reactive Maintenance

    Even the most robust building management systems will suffer a breakdown from time to time. Here at Nyke Energy Services Ltd we understand the need to offer a reliable back up to our clients so that on the rare occasion a fault develops they have the confidence and peace of mind it will be rectified quickly.     Through years of experience of working on a vast array of BMS systems we have developed a knowledge and understanding that is second to none. Here at Nyke Energy, we are more than happy to meet with clients old and new to discuss their building management systems and what changes can be made to enhance the system for greater control and to maximise energy usage. Recent research by the Building & Engineering Services Association (B&ES) suggests only around 25% of buildings in the UK have a control system worth it’s name.     Support

    Remote support provides clients with the peace of mind that their system is fully supported and can be interrogated without the need to wait for an engineer to visit site. It is also considerably cheaper, typically over seventy percent of problems can be rectified remotely at a fraction of the cost of a site visit. We offer a flexible approach to remote support and are more than happy to tailor an arrangement that meets clients specific needs. This can include remote servicing, data analysis, reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and changes to the operation of the system.
